When this happens, you will be notified via e-mail that your product is on backorder and notified of the estimated time of arrival; therefore, it is important that you include a valid e-mail when ordering. If your item is back ordered, you have the option of picking another item or canceling purchase.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
We accept any return for any reason as long as the items have not been used, laundered or worn and is returned within 14 days of purchase with a receipt. Merchandise that is returned for any reason other than a defective nature is subject to a 10% restocking fee. All merchandise is thoroughly inspected before shipping; in the case of receiving defective merchandise, an e-mail be sent to our customer service department within 72 hrs of receipt. At this time you will be given a return authorization number for the return or exhange of merchandise. A return authorization is manditory.

Go Griffon Gear carries a lot of items from many different brands and manufacturers. Because of this, sizes may vary a bit. That means a size medium from one brand might fit slightly differently than a size medium from another brand. In general, most of our clothes have a casual, non-tailored fit, so if you order your usual size you should be okay. Of course, if you need to exchange an item for a different size, you can. Our goal is to have the order shipped from our warehouse within 72 hours of receiving your order. Weekends, holidays and unusually high order volume periods can sometimes put a kink in the shipping process and cause slight delays. When you order an item and it is out of stock/back-ordered, we will ship it to you as soon as possible.

If by no fault of your own, you received an item that was either defective or shipped to you by mistake we will reimburse you if you return the item(s) to us within 30 days.
